So, how do Jump On It rentals work?
We will deliver the equipment to your site in the morning, set it up, and come back to pick it up in the evening. All of this for one very reasonable price. A one time non-refundable deposit fee of $100 is required at the time of your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your rental price on the day of your rental. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
Where can I get my rental delivered?
Jump On It delivers to all of Harford County for free! Prices listed below include all set up and delivery costs. Outside of Harford county additional delivery charges may apply.
Can I cancel my rental, should something come up?
Cancellations are accepted until the close of business on the day before your rental date at no penalty. However, YOUR DEPOSIT FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED TO YOU.
What about rain or other bad weather?
The same rules apply as with other cancellations. However, due to the unpredictability of the weather, you are permitted to call and cancel at least 2 hours before the expected time of delivery. Again, YOUR DEPOSIT FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED TO YOU.
What happens to my deposit if I cancel?
If your rental is cancelled due to inclement weather, your deposit fee will be held in account for you to book a new rental date in the future. If you decided to cancel for other reasons your deposit fee will not be available for a later date. Future rentals by you will require a new contract be signed and another deposit fee be paid.
