Junior Jump

Cancellation Policy:
When booking a party with Jump On It, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of your reservation. If you cancel more than 14 DAYS PRIOR to your party date, you can reuse your deposit for another date within 12 months of your original deposit date. If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled party, then you will lose your deposit. If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled party, then you WILL be charged the FULL PRICE of your party.
If the Harford County Emergency Plan is in effect, then Jump On It will be closed. We also reserve the right to close at any time if we feel that the local conditions (i.e. parking lot, sidewalks, etc.) present a safety risk to our patrons or employees. On the other hand, if we decide to stay open, your party will take place as scheduled. We will update the recording on our phone service and post all weather closures on our website as soon as the decision is made. We will also try our best to contact you if you have a scheduled party for that day so that you may notify your guests. If you have a party that is canceled due to weather concerns, we will work with you to reschedule it at the earliest possible convenience.
